NIMBUS PAGES — PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains what Nimbus Pages LLC collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
The contact information you create or import (names, phone numbers, emails, addresses, photos, notes, relationship data), your account credentials (held by our identity provider), and technical data needed to run and secure the service. If you connect a Google, Microsoft, or Apple account, we access the contact data you authorize, to import and — when you choose — sync.
2. How we use it
To provide the service: store your card, apply your visibility settings, propagate your updates to your connections, power search and recommendations, and sync to the accounts you connect. Technical data keeps the service secure and working.
3. We never sell your personal contact data
We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal contact information of any user or of any contact you store. This is a binding covenant in our Terms and survives any merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy.
4. Aggregated data
Because the service is free, we may create and share statistical, aggregated data (counts, ranges, averages) at or above a minimum reporting area of at least 500 households, and never below a count that could identify a household. Aggregated data never contains personal information. You may opt out by emailing privacy@nimbuspages.com.
5. Sharing with connections
Information moves to another user only when you connect, and only for the fields your visibility settings allow. A connection may retain a copy of information already shared; we stop sending updates once you remove or restrict a field.
6. Cookies and essential storage
We use storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in and run the app. If and when we add analytics or advertising measurement, we will present a cookie/consent choice and honor "Do Not Sell or Share" requests where required by law.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted and logged. No system is perfectly secure; keep independent backups of critical contacts.
8. Your choices
You can view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time. Deleted cards are recoverable for 30 days, then permanently purged. To close your account or make a privacy request, email privacy@nimbuspages.com.
9. Children
The service is not directed to anyone under 18.
